Banquet & Wedding Reception Policies

Thank you for considering Olympia Hills Golf & Event Center for your next event.  We are committed to providing a premier event that you and your guests will never forget!  Our professional staff will help you plan your special function down to the last detail.

Booking Guarantees
Any group booking a banquet and/or wedding reception must submit a $500.00 deposit and a signed contract to guarantee reservation of the banquet room for the selected date and time.  All functions are considered tentative until the deposit is secured by Olympia Hills.

All banquets and/or wedding receptions must give a guaranteed number of guests no later than 5 business days prior to the date of the function.

Payment

Olympia Hills Golf & Event Center will furnish an invoice to all banquets and/or wedding receptions. Payment in full must be remitted no later than 10 business days prior to the date of the function.  Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation

Any banquet or wedding reception that cancels within 180 days prior to the date of the function will be entitled to a full refund of the $500.00 deposit.  Cancellations made after 90 days prior to the date of a banquet or wedding reception will forfeit the entire $500.00 deposit

Banquet and Wedding Reception Scheduling

All banquets and/or wedding receptions must end at within the scheduled time on the contract.  If the function fails to end at the time specified in the original contract, a $150.00 per additional half hour will be charged.  It is a Universal City Ordinance that all events be finished at 12:00am.

Banquet Room Rental
Rental of the Olympia Hills Banquet facility for all banquets and/or wedding receptions is a follows:
*500 Per Day

Banquet room rental includes the setup of all tables&chairs, flatware, and china.Rental does not include any additional decor. All banquets and wedding are welcome to bring in any necessary decorations, such as centerpieces, at no extra cost.

Banquet Linen Rental

 $1.50 per person
Linen includes Overlay, Underlay, and silverware, napkin fold.

Chair Covers
$4.00 per chair
Includes the chair cover with sash.

Chiavari Chair
$2.00 each

Banquet Dance Floor Rental 

$150  set-up fee
18’x 18’ dance floor
Unless included in a wedding package.*

Outside Wedding Ceremony Site
 

 

Olympia Hills wedding ceremony area is $500.00
Pricing includes chair setup and arch.

Bar & Grill Rental (includes the Olympia Hills Patio)

Rental of the Bar & Grill is $450.00

 Catering Service

All catered function pricing and contracts are subject to approval from the Olympia Hills Food & Beverage Director.

Cake Cutting Service

If a banquet, such as a wedding reception, requires a "cake cutting service"a flat fee of $100.00 is charged.

Security

Any banquet or wedding{mosimage} reception serving alcohol is required to have one security officer throughout the duration of the function.  Olympia Hills will schedule security for all such functions.
Security is $25.00 per officer per hour.
