Online Tee Time Booking Policies
Thank you for your interest in booking a tee time with Olympia Hills Golf & Conference Center! There is no fee for scheduling a tee time; however, the following policies and procedures must be adhered to in order to make an online reservation:
♦ To ensure accuracy, please refine your search to the correct date and time range.
♦ A valid credit card is required to book a tee time and guarantee a reservation.
♦ Tee Times can be booked no further than (7) days in advance.
♦ No single player bookings.
♦ No twosome bookings before 2:00 p.m. on weekends & holidays.
♦ There is a maximum of two (2) tee times allowed per person or group.
♦ If you require tee times for three (3) or more foursomes, a verbal confirmation from the Pro Shop is required.
♦ Green fees are due upon arrival at the golf course, and vary according to tee time.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes to tee times cannot be done online. Any changes to online bookings must be made by phone or in person at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tee time. If the resevation is not cancelled 24 hours in advance, the credit card holder will be charged a $25.00 fee for each person not present at the scheduled time.
