Olympia Hills' beautiful banquet room accommodates up to 200 guests for stress-free, elegant, affordable events that will have your guests talking for years to come.

Our professional and experienced staff is committed to making your special day effortless. Throughout the planning process, there will be many things to worry about - let Olympia Hills minimize your stress! For our events, we provide the venue, linens, on-site catering, alcohol, and set-up and clean-up. We take care of the details so that you can relax and enjoy your special day even more. Reception Room

The Reception Room of Olympia Hills is sophisticated and elegant. The combination of Chandeliers and Up-Lighting create an ambiance fit for any type of event.

Banquet Room Rental Includes:

  • 4 Hour Reception (additional hours may be purchased for an additional fee)
  • On-Site Facility Manager
  • Tables and Chiavari Chairs
  • Standard White or Ivory Cotton Linen and Napkins (premium linens may be purchased for an additional fee)

  • 18’ by 18’ Dance Floor

Alcohol

If you are looking to host a cash bar, an open bar, or just looking to serve signature cocktails, Olympia Hills provides customizable bars for every event! Olympia Hills is licensed by TABC; therefore, all alcohol must be purchased through Olympia Hills. If you would like to have alcohol at your event, you can purchase a bar set-up for $200, which includes:

  • Bar Set-up
  • 1 Bartender
  • Complimentary Sodas

Security

Olympia Hills Event Center requires security officers for every event. We require one officer per 75 guests and each officer is $25/hour.

Linens

Olympia Hills offers a standard linen package with the rental of the reception room, and a premium linen package for an additional fee. 

Basic Linen Package Includes:

  • White or Ivory Cotton Lap Length Linen
  • White or Ivory Cotton Napkin
  • House Centerpieces

Premium Package Includes:

  • Floor Length Satin Linen (any color)
  • Runner or Overlay (any color)
  • Chargers
  • Chair Sashes
  • White or Ivory Folded Napkin
  • House Centerpiece
